About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves end-to-end conference production.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing event themes
• Creating agenda structures
• Defining target audiences
• Conducting market research to identify trending topics and opportunities
• Securing and managing speakers
• Coordinating with internal teams for marketing, operations, and sales support
• Drafting program content
• Briefing speakers
• Managing conference timelines
• Ensuring each event delivers strong value for attendees and clients
• Supporting on-site event execution
• Gathering feedback
• Contributing to continuous improvement of future conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in B2B conferences, training programs, or corporate events is beneficial.
