About the Role
A full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules.
- Coordinate with project teams to track progress.
- Identify variances between planned and actual timelines.
- Develop resource and production plans.
- Monitor project milestones.
- Assist in project control activities, including reporting, forecasting, and risk identification.
- Collaborate closely with construction, procurement, and management teams to ensure accurate data collection and clear communication of project status.
- Regular documentation.
- Preparation of dashboards.
- Participate in review meetings to support decision-making and improve project performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in project planning tools (such as MS Project or Primavera).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Qualifications
- Strong Planning and Production Planning skills for developing, updating, and optimizing project schedules and resource plans.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor progress, analyze deviations, and support corrective actions.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present clear, concise project reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure or construction project workflows is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of cost and time management is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
