Key Responsibilities
- Book HAWBs for OSPs (Outsourced Service Providers) in Maestro as per request.
- Assist all APAC branches to update Post flight checks on a daily basis.
- Monitor Email communications globally to bridge the gap between Marken’s branches for smooth shipment flow within the Marken network.
- Monitor shipments moving globally while tracking key milestones: Collection (POB), Departure/Arrivals, Customs Clearance, Delivery (POD), etc. (May change as per requirements) to provide an extra safety net.
- Ensure pre-alerts on Maestro are acknowledged by branches and OSPs for the APAC region.
- Closely monitor High Value shipments moving globally to ensure agreed TATs are met.
- Perform detailed tracking of all High Value Shipments and coordinate with Marken stakeholders for current updates.
- Highlight any deviations or delays in the high value Shipments movements.
- Follow up on missing shipments within the Marken network.
- Prepare reports for APAC OSPs (Outsourced Service Providers) on a monthly basis.
- Run daily reports to identify shipments pending Dry ice replenishments within & outside the APAC region.
- Run daily reports to analyze the effectiveness of Tracking devices for Key Clients.
- Make calls (as required) to Marken branches to follow up and take updates on shipments.
- Monitor Shipments moving within the UPS network and coordinate with UPS tracking teams for current updates.
- Monitor Email alerts received via Central Monitoring System and follow up with Marken Depots across the globe to notify them of any alarms.
