Telecaller sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Stock Market Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining stock broking services, and assisting customers with opening Demat and trading accounts. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and practical knowledge of the Demat account opening process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Explain the benefits of opening a Demat and trading account.
• Assist customers throughout the Demat account opening and KYC process.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful account openings.
• Explain the company’s stock broking services and account features clearly.
• Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and sales reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account activation.
• Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines while communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and trading accounts.
• Must know how to open a Demat account and understand the required KYC documentation.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer acquisition, or sales.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up with leads.
• Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Mandatory Broking/ Financial services experience.
• Location: Mumbai - Andheri
• Salary: Upto 35000/ month
