Asi. Account-Executive

About the Role

The Asi. Account-Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves supporting senior account managers in handling client accounts, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting senior account managers in handling client accounts.
• Preparing quotations and proposals.
• Coordinating with internal teams for timely project execution and delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
• Tracking project milestones.
• Assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Communicating regularly with clients to address queries and share status updates.
• Helping resolve operational issues in collaboration with technical and project teams.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Contributing to customer relationship-building activities.
• Supporting business development efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong client servicing and account management skills, including relationship-building, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination.
• Solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and professional email etiquette.
• Basic commercial and analytical skills, such as understanding quotations, cost estimates, and the ability to work with spreadsheets and reports.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including task prioritization, documentation accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Collaboration skills for working closely with sales, technical, and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with MS Office and standard business software.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel to client locations as required.
• Strong interest in sustainable, environment-focused industrial solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or environmental solutions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems will be beneficial.
