About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure manufacturing of PVC conduit pipes, fittings, and accessories in line with company quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Support timely dispatches.
• Maintain production records.
• Assist in process improvements.
• Provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in production supervision and quality control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Skills in inventory management, basic documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Skills in workplace safety awareness and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Relevant skills such as basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office), effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
• Prior experience in PVC or electrical products manufacturing will be an advantage.
