About the Role

Looking for a creative, organised and self-driven individual to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day social media content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire content process — from planning a monthly content calendar and developing creative concepts to designing posts, editing videos and publishing content across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives, carousels, stories and reels.
• Design content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or other relevant tools.
• Edit short-form videos, including transitions, subtitles, music, text overlays and brand elements.
• Develop creative concepts around destinations, travel experiences, hotels and curated journeys.
• Write captions and engaging copy aligned with the brand's tone of voice.
• Schedule and publish approved content consistently across platforms.
• Organise photographs, videos, templates and other digital assets.
• Coordinate with the team to gather content and meet publishing deadlines.
• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in social media content creation, graphic design and video editing.
• Strong visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing tool.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and execute work independently.
• Good written communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing original designs, reels and previous social media work.

Qualifications

• Someone who takes ownership, works proactively, meets deadlines and can manage the complete content workflow with minimal supervision.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands would be an advantage.
