About the Role
As a Tech Consultant Intern at Bitsparx, you will work on both the business and technical sides of client projects. This is an on-site internship in Navi Mumbai, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will work closely with the development and business teams on live client projects and gain hands-on experience. Based on your performance, you may be offered a pre-placement offer (PPO).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Debug, test, and document code with senior developers.
- Join client discussions.
- Analyze client needs.
- Prepare basic technical proposals.
- Help follow up on leads, connecting technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand requirements, solve problems, and interpret technical and business data.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, discuss technical concepts clearly, and engage with clients.
- Foundational Full Stack Development skills, with working knowledge of HTML, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Basic Sales and customer-centric thinking to understand client needs and contribute to solution-oriented discussions.
- Comfortable working on-site, Monday to Saturday.
- Beneficial qualifications: curiosity to learn, attention to detail, ability to work in a team setting, and a portfolio or GitHub profile with personal projects.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Enrollment in or completion of a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
