About the Role
We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables, clean recycling machinery and the perimeter at a large recycling and processing plant in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort recyclables.
- Clean recycling machinery and perimeter.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed.
- Ability to stand for your entire shift.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Consent to a background check.
- Consent to a drug screen.
- Have reliable transportation to get to work.
Qualifications
- No diploma or experience needed.
- Prior warehouse, general labor, or sorting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable, detail, and safety-oriented individuals.
This is a safety sensitive position.
Company will be testing for THC.
