About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients.
- Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.
- Act as an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
- Be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must To Have Skills:
- Java Full Stack Development
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Qualifications
- 15 years full-time education.
