Key Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts
• Preparing space plans
• Producing detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects
• Meeting with clients to understand requirements
• Creating mood boards and FF&E selections
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors
• Ensuring design intent is maintained through project execution
• Preparing construction drawings
• Monitoring site progress
• Resolving design and layout issues
• Maintaining documentation for project milestones
• Participating in design reviews
• Supporting budget and timeline planning
• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and visual presentation
• Space Planning skills with the ability to optimize layouts for function, flow, and aesthetics
• Architecture-related understanding, enabling coordination with structural and MEP aspects
• Construction Drawings skills for preparing detailed plans, elevations, and joinery details
• FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification skills aligned with project requirements
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams and clients
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and experience managing multiple projects or deadlines

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in interior projects in Bengaluru or similar markets is an advantage.
