Content Creator (Digital Marketing)

About the Role

The Content Creator (Digital Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing digital content that supports marketing campaigns and HR services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and publishing content across social media, websites, email, and other digital channels.
• Drafting posts and articles.
• Creating visuals or coordinating with designers.
• Optimizing content for reach and engagement.
• Maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Conducting basic market and audience research.
• Collaborating with the marketing and HR teams to align content with business goals.
• Staying updated on digital marketing trends.
• Contributing ideas to improve the company’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different digital platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, such as social media marketing, basic SEO, and email marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools, and the ability to organize and manage a content calendar.
• Basic design sense and comfort working with creative tools or coordinating with designers for visual content.
• Solid research and analytical skills to understand target audiences and interpret content performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in digital content creation, social media management, or marketing (internships or entry-level roles) is preferred.
