Product Marketing and Testing Intern

About the Role

The intern will work closely with the team to understand how consumers interact with products, identify product opportunities and issues, and turn user feedback into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct product testing with consumers and internal testers
• Recruit and communicate with testers and manage testing groups
• Collect, organise and analyse consumer feedback
• Identify recurring product issues, patterns and opportunities from user feedback
• Support competitor benchmarking and product comparisons
• Assist with product measurements, fit checks and usability testing
• Create and maintain testing trackers, forms and databases
• Conduct basic consumer/product research
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for testing requirements
• Take ownership of assigned testing projects from start to finish

• Interest in consumer products, e-commerce or D2C brands
• Previous experience in product, marketing, research or consumer-facing roles
• Experience conducting surveys or user research
• Basic presentation/reporting skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets and Google Slides
