Position: HR & Marketing Intern
What You'll Do
- Assist in talent sourcing through job portals, social media, and campus networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
- Support recruitment and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to improve hiring strategies and candidate experience.
