About the Role
Urban Company is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to expand its partner network for InstaHelp services. This is a field-intensive role involving visits to chawls and residential clusters across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in assigned areas
- Identify and approach potential service partners
- Explain Urban Company’s Salon platform, benefits, and earning opportunities
- Onboard partners by assisting with registration, documentation, and app setup
- Build trust and maintain relationships with local communities and partners
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
- Collect market insights and competitor information from the field
- Ensure quality and compliance standards during onboarding
