About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid Intern role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support investment research, including gathering data on emerging companies, capital markets, and alternative investment structures. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, maintaining organized records, and contributing to project workflows and investor materials. The intern will also have opportunities to learn about investment structuring, capital deployment strategies, and the broader alternative investment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist in financial and business analysis.
• Help with documentation related to SME IPOs, mainboard IPOs, and AIFs.
• Gather data on emerging companies, capital markets, and alternative investment structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain organized records.
• Contribute to project workflows and investor materials.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports and presentations.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Interest in capital markets, SME and mainboard IPOs, alternative investments, and emerging businesses.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and maintain professional conduct with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial markets or investment concepts is beneficial.
