As a Data Analyst at Luvia.ai, you will work full-time on-site in Bengaluru, using data to improve user experience, engagement, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze user interaction data.
• Build dashboards and reports.
• Identify trends that inform product and content decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and experiments.
• Monitor key performance metrics.
• Design A/B tests.
• Present findings in clear, accessible formats to stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel/Sheets, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics, including working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods for hypothesis testing, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Experience with data modeling and structuring data for reporting, dashboards, and predictive analysis.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in consumer tech, AI products, or conversational platforms is a plus.
• Interest in user behavior and UX analytics.
