Role: Aptitude Trainer - Freelance

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Freelance Aptitude Trainers to join our training network and deliver high-quality aptitude training to students across colleges and educational institutions in Bangalore. The trainer will conduct engaging, practical and activity-based sessions focused on developing students’ quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver aptitude training sessions for college students and young professionals.
• Cover topics such as:
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Data Interpretation
• Numerical Ability
• Problem Solving
• Basic Competitive Exam Aptitude
• Explain concepts in a simple, structured and engaging manner.
• Use practical examples, activities and problem-solving exercises during sessions.
• Conduct sessions based on the training module and requirements shared by Vocademyy.
• Assess learner understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality at all training assignments.
• Be comfortable travelling to different colleges/institutions across Bangalore.

Location & Travel

• Location: Various colleges and institutions across Bangalore.
• The trainer should be comfortable travelling to different locations within Bangalore based on training requirements.

Hours

• Minimum: 2 hours per week
• Maximum: Up to 20 hours per week
• Training hours will vary depending on assignments and institutional requirements.
• Sessions may typically be conducted in 2–4 hour blocks.

Engagement Type

• Freelance / Project-Based. Training assignments will be offered based on institutional requirements, trainer availability and subject expertise.

• Strong command of aptitude and reasoning concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Confident and engaging classroom presence.
• Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
• Candidates with corporate, college or competitive-exam training experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for training assignments.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
