Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Kingston, NY. Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships essential to business growth.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week (aside from religious observations).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
