About the Role

APT Healthcare is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Gaithersburg, MD. This is a full-time position specializing in Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• Current Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure, in Washington, DC.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
• Positive attitude, commitment to teamwork, and desire to continue learning and growing.

Qualifications

• Recent and upcoming DPT graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Mentorship program available for new clinicians to build confidence and develop clinical skills.
• 40 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $97,000–$110,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
