About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Relationship Manager (RM) focused on Retail Loans, Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and SME Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing loan leads through channel partners, referral networks, and direct client engagement.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and financial institutions.
• Assessing client requirements.
• Coordinating loan applications.
• Collecting and verifying documentation.
• Ensuring smooth end-to-end processing with banks and NBFCs.
• Evaluating basic creditworthiness.
• Explaining loan features and terms.
• Addressing client queries.
• Supporting clients through approval, disbursement, and post-sales service.
• Tracking sales targets.
• Preparing regular reports.
• Staying updated on lending products and policies.
• Upholding compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of retail loan products, including Housing Loans, LAP, and SME Loans.
• Familiarity with banking and NBFC processes.
• Experience in client relationship management, including lead generation, client engagement, and after-sales support.
• Ability to analyze basic financial documents.
• Ability to understand credit parameters.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with credit and operations teams.
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding business targets in lending or financial services.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes in simple language.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
• Comfort working on-site, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Indian lending market and regulatory landscape.
• Experience in the Delhi NCR region is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience in retail lending, mortgage, LAP, or SME finance is highly desirable.
