Crossing Infotech is hiring an MBBS Doctor Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. The internship duration is 1 to 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient case sheets, medical records, and clinical notes for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and review clinical documentation, including discharge summaries, case summaries, and consultation notes.
• Support the healthcare operations team with medical review of records, claims, and documentation queries.
• Verify diagnosis, procedure, and treatment details in records for consistency and missing information.
• Support telehealth and patient follow-up coordination by preparing care instructions and patient education material.
• Research clinical topics, guidelines, and treatment protocols to prepare accurate medical summaries.
• Review medical content, SOPs, and clinical checklists for factual accuracy and clarity.
• Adhere to patient privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly medical review and documentation reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical basics.
• Understanding of case sheets, clinical documentation, and common diagnoses and treatments.
• Basic awareness of healthcare quality, patient safety, and data privacy standards.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Candidates must have a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding, medical billing, or the healthcare insurance process.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), telehealth platforms, or hospital management software.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Any clinical internship, medical writing course, or healthcare documentation experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS students, MBBS interns, and recent MBBS graduates.
• BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and other medical graduates with similar skills.
• Freshers interested in building a career in clinical documentation, medical review, and digital healthcare.
