Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team at Suspire. This role will primarily focus on Jainee D., our newly launched sister fashion brand, while also supporting select creative projects for Suspire. Your day-to-day work will involve shaping the visual identity and communication of Jainee D. across social media and digital platforms, including everyday Instagram content, collection storytelling, campaign concepts, launches, shoots, and brand assets. You will also contribute to select social media, branding, advertising, and campaign requirements for Suspire.

The Brands You’ll Work With

• Jainee D.: A contemporary Indian occasion wear label focused on conscious luxury, craft, and considered clothing. It blends Indian festive silhouettes, intricate handcraft, and a plant-based silk, designed with a slower, thoughtful approach to luxury. Its visual world intersects fashion, Indian craft, culture, material storytelling, and modern editorial design.
• Suspire: A wellness-first marketplace dedicated to making everyday living easier through thoughtfully curated, trustworthy choices. Suspire has established an ecosystem of over 400 conscious brands and a community of over 500,000 people across wellness, nutrition, personal care, lifestyle, and everyday essentials.

The Team You’ll Join

You will work closely with a small, fast-moving team across creative, social media, marketing, content, and brand. As Jainee D. is in the early stages of building its visual identity and audience, you will participate in defining how the brand is presented.

What You’ll Work On

• Social Media Design:
• Design creatives for Jainee D.’s Instagram, including posts, carousels, stories, launch content, and other social formats.
• Contribute ideas for Reels, short-form videos, and social-first storytelling.
• Help maintain a cohesive and recognizable visual language across the feed.
• Creative & Design:
• Design social media creatives, campaign assets, collection graphics, website UI, design banners, advertisements, and digital brand collaterals.
• Create layouts using strong typography, composition, image selection, and hierarchy.
• Support occasional print and offline requirements such as invitations, event collateral, look books, signage, or launch material.
• Adapt creative ideas across different dimensions and platforms without losing the original visual intent.
• AI-Assisted Creative:
• Utilize AI image-generation and creative tools to explore campaign worlds, fashion imagery, compositions, backgrounds, and visual concepts.
• Write and refine prompts to achieve more controlled, realistic, and brand-appropriate outputs.
• Refine AI-generated imagery using Adobe tools for details, texture, lighting, shadows, proportions, and realism.
• Help improve repeatable AI + design workflows.

• Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where your work will be created for real brands, campaigns, and audiences.

Education

• Students or recent graduates from backgrounds such as Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fashion Communication are preferred.
• A strong portfolio, visual instinct, and willingness to learn are valued more than the specific degree name.
