Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound international calls.
- Speak with prospects in clear, confident English.
- Qualify leads and understand their requirements.
- Handle objections politely.
- Follow up on pending leads.
- Update call status daily.
- Meet monthly targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Very good spoken English.
- Go getter attitude.
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Ready to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Ready to work day shift: 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM.
- Immediate or early joining preferred.
- Basic Excel or CRM knowledge.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in international voice process is helpful.
- Appointment setting / telesales / B2B calling experience is good to have.
- Experience calling UK, Europe, US, or Australia is good to have.
- Night-shift international callers who want to move to day shift can also apply.
