Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the engagement
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and status dashboards
• Drive weekly/monthly governance cadence including MOR, steering committee, and client review preparation
• Monitor project health across workstreams (scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk)
• Define an organization's Talent Management approach, mapping future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Decisions made impact your own work.
• Function as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• PMO experience
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle, and reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
