About the Role

The Event Volunteer role at Rabbitt AI is an on-site opportunity based in Pune City, supporting events that showcase AI innovations and community engagement. This is a volunteer role, suitable for individuals looking to gain exposure to the AI ecosystem, build event management experience, and contribute to a growing technology community. Rabbitt AI is hosting a GCC HR Forum in Pune on 27th October and is looking for volunteers to help with on-ground logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and teardown.
• Manage participant registration.
• Guide attendees to sessions and activities.
• Support speakers and organizers with logistics.
• Distribute event materials.
• Help manage crowd flow for a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Capture basic feedback from attendees.
• Support social media and promotional activities during events.
• Coordinate with the core team to address real-time operational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with attendees, speakers, and partners.
• Event Planning and Event Marketing abilities to support organizing sessions, promotions, and on-ground activities.
• Basic Sales and outreach skills to assist with partner engagement, registrations, and community-building initiatives.
• Interest in technology and AI, with willingness to learn about Rabbitt AI’s products and mission.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced event environment.
• Prior experience in events, community programs, or student clubs is beneficial but not mandatory.
