About the Role
The Travel Destination Expert – B2B Channel is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves curating customized itineraries and packages for travel partners, managing end-to-end travel arrangements, and coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors. The Travel Destination Expert will respond to inquiries from B2B clients, provide destination insights, and recommend suitable travel solutions aligned with client requirements and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate customized itineraries and packages for travel partners.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.
- Respond to inquiries from B2B clients.
- Provide destination insights.
- Recommend suitable travel solutions aligned with client requirements and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings.
- Monitor travel logistics.
- Resolve issues during travel.
- Ensure timely communication with partners.
- Stay updated on destination trends, pricing, and seasonal offerings.
- Support business growth through strong relationship management with travel agencies and corporate clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and booking tools.
- Experience with travel CRM or GDS is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with B2B partners and travelers.
- Experience handling Business Travel requirements, including itineraries, bookings, and vendor coordination.
- Good knowledge of key destinations such as Bali, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and major Indian tourist regions (e.g., Kerala, Himachal, Rajasthan, North East).
- Prior experience in a DMC, travel agency, or travel operations role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
