About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure precise measurements for machining activities.
- Take proper care of cutting tools and maintain them to increase tool life and control costs.
- Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
- Perform regular TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities to keep machines in healthy condition.
- Maintain the 5S of the work area and follow daily cleanliness routines.
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain records of day-to-day production activities.
- Check job output for quality assurance and document as per standard.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Study operations on other machining centers and provide input to improve current processes.
- Contribute to NPD (New Product Development) and product confirmation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills.
- Maintain and ensure all safety-related instructions in the work area.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of TPM.
- Skill to perform regular TPM activities.
