About the Role

• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, paid by commission only.
• Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, covering the wider South.
• You set your own schedule and methods.
• You may carry other non-competing lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads.
• Build a pipeline of buyers.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Present Ash Biomedical's rapid drug and pregnancy tests.
• Quote at or above the floor price.
• Follow up on opportunities and close orders (confirmed by the company).
• Register accounts.
• Keep accounts reordering.
• Paid commission on every collected order, including reorders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Your own transport.
• Your own phone.
• Your own computer.
• A valid driver's license for client visits within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with business owners, buyers, and healthcare professionals, including strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable keeping track of your own opportunities, accounts, and orders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as a contractor.
• Knowledge of or interest in diagnostics, drug testing, healthcare operations, or medical device sales (prior industry experience is a plus).
• High level of professional integrity and customer service.
