- Conduct online research on schools, universities, and educational institutions globally.
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers (HR, Principals, Recruitment Heads).
- Collect and maintain accurate contact details and institutional information.
- Research international recruitment trends and hiring opportunities.
- Update and manage research data in Excel and CRM.
- Support the business development team with lead generation and market research.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred: Freshers and students looking to gain experience in international recruitment, market research, and business development.
