Key Responsibilities
- Analog and high-speed circuit design
- DDR and SerDes PHY IP design
- Design of FFE, CTLE, DFE, PLL, DLL, CDR, ADC, Op-Amps, Bandgap References and Regulators
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with advanced FinFET nodes, preferably TSMC 16nm and below
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso/ADE, Spectre, EMIR and reliability flows
- Knowledge of PVT analysis, ESD-aware design, power, performance and area optimization
