Key Responsibilities
- Aid consulting team in project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- Explore alternative solutions through research, literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations.
- Build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs.
- Support configuring solution requirements on products.
- Diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify/shortlist solution alternatives.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions.
- Develop value-creating strategies and models to enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
- Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality)
- Experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, and Integration.
- Experience creating master data configuration and reporting setup.
- Extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & SuccessFactors.
- Integration experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator is an added advantage.
- Working experience of Agile/Activate Project Methodology.
Qualifications
- 1 End-to-End (E2E) implementation, support, or rollout experience in SAP Fieldglass.
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate.
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and available pricing models.
- One or two industry domain knowledge.
- Client interfacing skills.
- Project and team management skills.
