Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software, tooling, and automation that improve the reliability, efficiency, and performance of your team's systems, ensuring operational excellence across the full product development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures by diagnosing root causes across hardware, software, and operating environments, and implement lasting fixes.
• Write well-tested, logical, and maintainable code while actively seeking design and code reviews from peers.
• Identify points of failure in managed systems and develop monitoring metrics and automated solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve documentation, runbooks, and operational processes.
• Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative artificial intelligence tools responsibly to augment productivity and output quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby.
• Experience with tools for automation (building, testing, releasing or monitoring).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language.
• Experience on highly concurrent, high throughput systems and knowledge of complex distributed systems.
