Finance Specialist

About the Role

The Finance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions, supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, and maintaining accurate ledgers. The Finance Specialist prepares and reviews financial statements and reports, assists in budgeting and forecasting, and supports compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance skills with the ability to interpret and manage Financial Statements.
• Solid Accounting skills, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Robust Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and basic financial software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to work effectively in a structured on-site environment.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution processes and local financial regulations is beneficial.
