About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical. You will help in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role involves optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. The team oversees processes from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense accounts in cash application, and processing them from payment receipt to finalization. This is an end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.
