Role Description

The Content Creator Intern will work full time on-site at The Video Mistrii Co. in Noida, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming and developing concepts for video ads and social media content.
• Support pre-production planning and help coordinate shoots.
• Contribute to creating short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist with basic editing, thumbnail creation, and visual assets for digital platforms.
• Research trends, organize media files, and support content scheduling.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across channels.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in content creation, including basic video shooting, simple video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
• Creative skills such as idea generation, script or caption writing, and an eye for composition, color, and design.
• Basic technical skills with common tools (e.g., smartphone cameras, entry-level video editing software, and simple graphic/design tools).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (Media, Film, Communication, Design, or related field) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior project work, portfolio pieces, or personal content (e.g., reels, short films, or creative social media posts) will be considered an advantage.
