Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

Digital Paaji is seeking a confident and organized Client Servicing Executive to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy social media, interacting with people, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned social media clients.
• Understand client goals and requirements, and brief the design, video, and ads team clearly.
• Share monthly content calendars and creatives with clients, and obtain timely approvals.
• Collect client feedback and coordinate revisions with the team.
• Conduct regular client calls and meetings, and share progress reports.
• Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are sent on time.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and assist in client retention.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and current content trends.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple clients concurrently.
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented when addressing client concerns.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp Business.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Mass Communication, BBA, or MBA preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in an agency or client-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or social media analytics.
