About the Role
As a professionally trained Security Guard for G4S, you will be a member of the security team responsible for securing premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect premises, property, and information.
- Report daily to the supervisor with all daily reports as per procedures.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment instructions at all times.
- Operate and monitor security systems.
- Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles.
- Conduct foot patrols searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site.
- Conduct vehicle patrols of all outside parking areas to ensure vehicle safety and detect unauthorized persons.
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols.
- Control access at points of entry.
- Secure equipment and people.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Monitor CCTV.
- Act as a surveillance operative.
- Identify and prevent criminal activity.
- Write appropriate reports as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 10th Pass
- Minimum Height: 5 feet 7 inches (5’ 7”) for men and 5 ft for women.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 for a fresher, and up to 40 for an experienced security guard.
- Physically and medically fit.
- Appear like a mature person.
