Operations Intern (On-Site)
About the Role
YMGrad is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support recruitment, product operations, and customer communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate with candidates, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Backend Operations: Provide backend support by assisting with research paper drafting, university shortlisting, profile evaluation, and other student-related services.
- Product Support: Test website features, identify issues, and coordinate product-related tasks.
- Research & Documentation: Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records to support day-to-day operations.
- Business Operations: Coordinate tasks across teams, support ongoing projects, and contribute to the smooth functioning of daily business activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.

Internship Type: Full-time Internship | In-office | 3 to 4 months | PPO Offer
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹6,000 per month
