Junior Sales and Marketing Associate

About the Role

As a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns at events, venues, and promotional sites. This role is ideal for someone confident, energetic, and excited to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, pop-up stands, and promotional sites
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product or service information
• Support event setup, including displays, materials, and equipment
• Assist in delivering interactive and engaging experiences for attendees
• Maintain a professional and friendly presence throughout the event
• Gather customer insights and feedback for ongoing campaign improvements
• Work collaboratively with the events and marketing team to achieve goals

Requirements

• No previous experience required, full training provided
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, positive, and able to work in busy event environments
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
