About the Role

MaximaTek is seeking a motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team. This opportunity is suitable for recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and professionals with 0–3 years of experience who are interested in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts and programming, with an interest in developing automated test scripts and improving software quality. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for software applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Analyze test results and communicate issues to development teams.
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Support automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Perform manual testing when required.
• Participate in regression and release testing.
• Work with developers and QA team members to resolve defects.
• Assist in improving test automation coverage.
• Validate application functionality across different environments.
• Prepare testing reports and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• or a related technical field.
• 0–3 years of experience in QA/testing.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Basic programming knowledge.
