Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, posting journal entries, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare basic financial reports.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Coordinate with senior accounting staff.
• Respond to queries from management.
• Support audits and documentation requirements as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
• Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Punjabi Bagh, manage deadlines, and collaborate within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Internship or 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role; experience in a corporate or SME environment is an advantage.
