Asset Securitization Structuring Analyst

About the Role

The Asset Securitization Structuring team provides structure and underwriting guidance to transaction teams and ensures consistency of analytical applications across asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with senior Asset Securitization Structuring professionals.
• Performs assigned duties with limited independence, including but not limited to:
• Due diligence
• Document processing
• Financial modeling
• Statistical analysis
• Research
• Presentation development

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BA/BS degree
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
