About the Role
Supports international sales operations by coordinating market activities, managing sample logistics, and assisting in product development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate market readiness:
- Organize the line according to the global assortment.
- Note all changes and confirm dropped styles are removed.
- Manage showroom setup and communication.
- Provide timely market materials to Account Executives.
- Manage order operations:
- Track order timelines, market calendar, order entries, late adds, ATS, and updates.
- Communicate changes in real time to international partners.
- Recap all international buys, including best & slow sellers.
- Provide end-to-end product development support:
- Manage sample development to order entry.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all style options and tech packs.
- Maintain sample library/closet:
- Create systems to eliminate excess storage.
- File samples away after market.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be available to work onsite at our Los Angeles office Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
