- Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn targeting VPs of Engineering, DevOps, and Data leaders.
- Research accounts using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and builtwith.com to identify buying signals and personalize outreach.
- Qualify inbound demo requests and event leads within 24 hours, applying MEDDIC-style qualification frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage sequences in Outreach with clean, current activity data.
- Run discovery conversations with technical stakeholders to uncover pain, map stakeholders, and secure AE handoffs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to test messaging, provide frontline prospect feedback, and iterate on playbooks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR roles, customer success, or customer-facing internships.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to hold credible conversations with technical audiences.
- Demonstrated drive to hit measurable goals; comfortable with call blocks, rejection, and weekly activity metrics.
- Coachable and process-oriented with strong organizational habits and attention to CRM hygiene.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or data platforms.
- Bonus: prior experience in tech/SaaS sales, familiarity with SQL or API concepts, or a track record in competitive athletics, entrepreneurship, or campus leadership.
