Human Resources Intern

About the Role

MatchLab Talent is seeking enthusiastic HR recruiter interns to join their Pune team. This is a 4-month paid internship designed to provide real-world exposure to the recruitment life cycle, hands-on learning, and career development opportunities. Based on performance, the internship may convert into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Maintain and update internal candidate databases.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support in creating job descriptions and posting job ads.
• Assist in onboarding and HR administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
• Availability to work on-site from their Pune office.
