About the Role

• A 12-week remote fellowship program designed for transitioning military members.
• Opportunity to immerse in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice and gain exposure to client work.
• Participants will receive a Deloitte-designed learning experience focused on preparing them for a client service environment, with integrated project shadowing.
• Upon successful completion, fellows may be considered for a full-time role.

The Team

• Part of Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, serving federal, state, & local government clients and public higher education institutions.
• Focus on Global Business Services and transforming corporate functions through centralization and optimization.
• Expertise in delivering resilient, agile, and cost-effective outcomes that drive the CFO agenda, including ERP enabled transformation through functional design, implementation, and governance of process, controls, and policies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command.
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• This Fellowship is a remote opportunity, available to eligible candidates located across the United States. Future full-time opportunities may include location or travel requirements.

Qualifications

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting.
• Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1.
• Requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, or data remediation.
• Financial data mapping, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions.
• Top Secret security clearance.
