About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in real estate investments.
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 month of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
