About the Role
As an Assistant for Pediatric Telemedicine Operations, you will support the daily operations of the telehealth platform, ensuring smooth processes between families and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate online appointments.
- Prepare digital consultations.
- Manage patient information.
- Assist parents with using the telemedicine app and connected medical technology.
- Structured recording of health data.
- Ensure data quality.
- Forward relevant information to the pediatric team.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and technical support to ensure safe, child-friendly, and efficient care.
- This is a full-time, in-office role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Qualifications
- Patient Care and Service Orientation:
- Strong empathy in dealing with children and parents.
- High service orientation.
- Sensitivity to data protection and confidentiality.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Organization and Process Management:
- Structured way of working.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and process coordination.
- Secure documentation.
- Reliability in adhering to processes and standards.
- Digital Competencies:
- Proficient use of telemedicine platforms or comparable software solutions.
- Basic technical understanding of connected medical devices.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Clear, respectful communication style.
- Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good English language skills.
- Further language skills are an advantage.
- Education and Experience:
- Completed education or degree in healthcare, medical assistance, nursing, or a comparable field is desirable.
- Experience in pediatric settings or telemedicine.
