About the Role
Work directly with the founder. Build a startup. Learn by doing. At Gemfinity, we’re building digital infrastructure for the global gemstone and jewellery industry. You’ll get a front-row seat to how a startup is built, scaled, and funded.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder on strategic projects and business priorities.
- Research markets, identify opportunities, and support business development.
- Assist with investor relations, fundraising, and pitch preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive execution.
- Support partnerships, customer outreach, and new market expansion.
- Track key business metrics and prepare reports and presentations.
- Take ownership of projects and turn ideas into action.
Qualifications
- A proactive self-starter with a strong ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Curious about startups, entrepreneurship, business strategy, and technology.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools is a plus.
